The Realities of work life and the actual work is often not aptly known with theories or people, The real experience of doing it and fully realizing it sometimes leaves people with no alternative to remould their career afresh. The challenge of proving & making the world realize ones own potential is often restricted to a few minutes of an interview.

• We wish to make the Indian youth more employable by working on them at the grass root level, the time when they are fresh and receiving education.
• We wish to help today's youth identify their field of interest, so that they can pursue a career in their interest field and help them get placed. This would lead to increased efficiency and performance.
