In each project the pre-qualification round signifies the need to ask the interested candidates to show a bit of what they can do and the talents that possess. Essentially, each user is told to submit a small sample related to the complete project requirements. Typically a few hours job which will help determine the potential and pre-qualify youth for the bigger work.
As stated above, say your company is looking for a painting of Monalisa. Instead of asking the entire world to draw the complete painting and then pay the best, we at Youth4Work divide the work in two parts. In the Pre-Qualification round, we may ask for a drawing of only Monalisa’s hair. From these submissions, you get an idea of the good ones from the rest. Once the pre-qualification is done, companies now have had free interaction with the pre- qualified users. And now can select the best one youth for the final delivery of the work.
