We are giving you an opportunity to think and work like one. Each interested youth in this project will be interacting with the Top management who will guide you to streamline your suggested plan and help you implement them.
You get a proof of your marketing and strategy skills which you can show to the world and add to your resume.

Imagine Yourself as a marketing head of www.youth4work.com

Your task is to create and implement a marketing and sales plan to increse registeration on the site.

Steps required :
1. Think and create atleast 3 plans to do the above.
    Ideal planning cycle should include:
    a. Clarity of product and its pitch
    b. What is the target group (who am i pitching/ selling the product too)
    c. What will i communicate ?
    d. How will i communicate ?
    e. When will i implement the plan.

2. Think and put the above points in the 'internal conversation board' between you and us.   (Internal conversation board is between you and the comapny only. You can communicate freelay and even share your files on it. It can be found under your personal tab on 'Youth @ work' tab above.)

3. Companies Top management will interact and suggest changes if any.
Note: You can ask for a small budget for implementing your plan, and the management might agree to accept and give you that budget. 

4. Implement your plan and show result.

Submision & Evaluation :

You will need to submit a list (in excel) of all the email ids that you are communicating and expecting to get registered.
Outcome or the ultimate result is the no. of registeration that happened due to your plan & activities. We will be evaluating and communicating how many youth actually registered from the list of email ids you submitted. 
Top 4 person who gets the maximum youth registered will be declared pre-qualifiers and earn benefits as above.


e.g - 
Some of the tactic can be -
i. An email marketing plan to all your friends - i.e. i will send a particular email to the list of my friends , communicating xyz.. and this will improve registeration.
ii. I will hold a contest in my college on something realted to my college profile at youth4work and get maximum registeration by asking people to comment. ( There can be an internal prize for the winner in the college)
iii. I will communicate the advatages of building a talent profile at Youth4work, and publicize my own public profile for attracting regsiteration.
iv. Some innovative and awesome strategy on Fb etc.


The examples will give you some ideas for the plans that you can make.
You can and you are advised to have and use multiple tactics for achieving the results.

Best of luck and prove whether you can envisage and play the role of a 'marketing head' of a fast growing startup well enough.

Final Submission

The pitch expected from pre-qualifiers will be simply as
'I will get 30% of my college regsieterd at Youth4work and will require x marketing spent and a time period of y days. '

Pre-qualifiers need to submit a plan for the pitch that they make.

After submission they will be scheduled for a telephonic discussions with the CEO or Marketing head where they should discuss their learnings and suggest how they can get most of their college students registered at Youth4work. They can convince the management for giving them a budget for marketing and getting their college youth registered.

Based on the Cost effectiveness, innovation and the ultimate outcome of their final plan, they can be awarded upto Rs. 5000. The amount will be pre-decided immediately after their pitch & discussions.

Inetrnship and job offer can accompany those who win and wish to join.
