Actually Java required its Environment to Compile it Like JVM So its Compile the code in specific m/c and run on any m/c. ie Write once run anywhere.

Java is considered as Dynamic because of Bytecode. A source code writen in one platform, the same code can be executed in any platform. And it also loads the class files at runtime. anything that happes at runtime is considered as Dynamic, so the java is write once run anywhere(WORA).

A source code writen in one platform, the same code can be executed in any platform. And it also loads the class files at runtime. anything that happens at runtime is considered as dynamic, so the java is considered as Dynamic. I think that ,Java is considered as Dynamic because of Bytecode.
