2. Cater to their queries, and concerns as soon as possible
3. Keeping your word w.r.t the services provided- what you have promised to your customers
4. Adding a human tone to resonate with your customers- not to be too salesy
This is a simple technique suppose you are a customer then you must have some expectations from a product or service. If any product or service live up to your expectation then you would be happy otherwise you would not. Take another example like we are all the product of our parents they have some expectations from us. If we fullfill those expectations they would be happy. There are three core Area which you have to develope. 1. what are the expectations of a customer. 2.How much of these expectations you can fullfill by your product and service. If not then where is the gap. 3.How you can go beyond the customers expectation and surprise them with new delighters
