in a simple word, we can say that a loop is a closed path for the flow of current.but a network is the interconnection of electrical component.it may be closed path or may not be.

NETWORK IS DEFINED AS THE INTERCONNECTION OF PASSIVE AND ACTIVE ELEMENTS LIKE DIODE TRANSISTOR,SOME PASSIVE ELEMENT LIKE RESISTOR,INDUCTOR,AND CAPACITOR TO TRANSFROM THE POWER OR ENERGY FROM ONE POINT TO ANOTHER POINT OR IS THE INTERCONNECTION OF PASSIVE AND ACTIVE ELEMENTS BUT LOOP MEANS A SIPMPLE PATH WHICH STARTS A POINT AND ENDS AT THE SAME POINT LIKE IN ONTROL SYSTEM SIGNAL FLOW GRAPH INDIVIDUAL LOOP NONTOUCHING LOOP.

for a layman I would tell him netwrk is a closed path formed with multiple points interconnected repeatedly in d form of a spider web ,.and a loop is a simple closed path in a netwrk where the spider can travel from one point and reach the Sam point again fron m a different direction.
