Can someone help me to know the impact of direct marketing on people's different role. what is definition of different roles? how to define it?

  • Direct marketing is a form of communicating an offer, where organizations communicate directly to a pre-selected[1] customer and supply a method for a direct response. Among practitioners, it is also known as direct response marketing. By contrast, advertising is of a mass-message nature.

In this marketing, there are two types: Direct Marketing and Indirect Marketing. Direct Marketing is a way of reaching a certain planned customer , interaacting with them specially and making your debut/sell. Indirect Marketing is there is no certain customer , and you have to market among many customers and sell without knowing the customers.
