Problem There is a pattern of tenure based grading increments which are highly facilitating in the government based company’s which as a result employees are familiar that whether they perform exceptional (beyond their regular achievements) at any time, he/she will not be entertain with some increments in upcoming future because the game is fixed, that means you have to wait until you will attain a prescribed length of employment in the company. ?
