It's important to share your feelings since it helps you to breathe properly. You should not hold any of your feelings since it overwhelmed you and you cannot work properly. Emotions are heavy to store it puts you down under its weight and to overcome your need to release time-to-time. We tend to hold our feeling of either separation from our peers, a pressure of their expectation to work properly so as to succeed, our anger, too much expectation and so on. Feelings are important to stay connected with other's but it becomes destroyer when it enlarges inside us. Too much emotion sometimes damper our productivity. Sharing is best to express our feeling.
