Making & Uploading complete HR Budget (Manpower, Recruitment, Training, OD, Misc.) in concurrence with HR Head on BPC Platform by PWC.
--Manpower planning in co-ordination with HODs & Head of Project, allocating the budget for recruitment, recruitment & selection, talent acquisition, salary negotiations, induction, coordinating site safety induction and site visit and exit interviews.
-Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements; planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.
-Preparation of MIS reports and answerable on these reports to corporate office.
-To design and implement a systemized SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
-Staffing, recruitment, induction program, and retirement, separation programme for employees; coordinating in formulation & implementation of increment, incentive & other remuneration pol
