# Youth4work

> Youth4work is an Indian skills-assessment and careers platform. Job seekers take online talent tests and exam mock tests, build a public profile that shows their assessed skills and ranks, and find jobs and internships. Employers search assessed talent, post jobs and run assessments. Colleges get profile pages with courses, student profiles and discussions.

The site is in English. All sections below are public and readable without JavaScript or a login; pages that need an account (applying, taking a test, messaging) redirect to sign-in.
