Responsible for ITIL based support model and providing L1 level support for Linux servers hosted on VMware and Oracle VM VirtualBox servers with ticketing tool REMEDY for Incident and Service request resolution within SLA with Quality support.
Proper planning of Corrective maintenance and Preventive maintenance activities with scheduled downtime as per ITIL standards.
Digging and preparing RCAs for major and minor incidents.
Responsible for installation, configuration, and administration of RHEL, CentOS Linux systems.
Responsible for deployment of new virtual servers from templates on VMware and physical machines by installing different flavor of Linux from ISO like CentOS, RHEL, Ubuntu, etc. as per requirement of the company
