- Conduct an outreach all over pune and give the basic details about the upcoming project to all the Channel partners. Then after the project was launched again revisited all the Channel partners and gave them more details about the project. Invited them for a channel partner meeting and maintained all the records. Took regular follow ups and asked them to visit the site. After this did direct sales at the site office.
