The study on mechanical and thermal behavior of recycled polypropylene by using fillers as an additives. The main objective of the proposed work is to achieve the mechanical and thermal properties of recycled polypropylene composites. Since the recycled polypropylene has less properties around 9% compared to virgin polypropylene by adding graphite and silicon dioxide to Recycled polypropylene thermal and mechanical properties can be increased, by the process of injection molding we made a components According to ISO standards and components subjected to testing like Tensile-3149Mpa, Flexural-1650Mpa,compression-95 shore-D and also Thermo gravimetric analysis. Results are favorable in both flexural and hardness hence the composite materials suitable in the application of automobile industries.
