    Inspection of raw materials, Rubber compounds, PVC Compounds, in-process products and finished products for physical parameters like Specific Gravity, Hardness, Tensile Strength, Elongation at Break, Compression Set and Cross Sectional dimensions (Shadowgraph) as per standards & sampling plan.
    Handling raw material complaints and customer complaints.
    Generating and maintaining all test reports, product data sheets, warranty certificates and other quality related documents as per ASTM, BS, EN and DIN standards.
    Conducting internal audits and participating in external audits & documentations.
    Preparation and maintenance of documents for Green Building (LEED) Projects.
    Participating in Design & Development activities.
