Roles and Responsibilities :
- Involved in end to end recruitment process for HO (head office) level.
- Collecting, screening and short listing profiles through referrals, job portals
- Interacting with Managers and understanding the requirement
- Scheduling interviews with different departments and collecting the feedback after interview
- Updating recruitment database on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis and preparing reports for management
- Preparing and releasing offer letters and explaining salary details to offered candidates
- Minimizing turnaround time and filing up the open position in specified time
2. Training –
- Preparing and publishing induction program for new recruits
- Enrolling employees for training program
- Co-ordinating training programs and feedback sessions
3. Employee Engagement
- Organizing and coordinating various company events – birthday bash, annual day etc.
