- Finance and Accounting – All inventories and accounting entries for Gujarat were managed by me and routed through Tally

- Set up the Gujarat office to sell as the monopoly agent of certain Taiwanese companies
- Developed the ToolTech brand to sell quality white labeled products imported from China
- Set up the entire operations in Baroda including liasioning with Logistics and Customs Clearing Agents for smooth clearance of the imported goods, from the port to the warehouse

- Annual Budgeting exercise for both Business Units
- Monthly/Quarterly Forecasting with Latest Estimates with a Top-down/Bottom-Up approach
- Gross Margin/Variance Analysis including Expense Analysis
- Material Cost Analysis – Actual consumption vis-à-vis the projections as per Bill of Material
- Product Costing including overhead calculations for planned and actual scenarios
- Development of Full Cost Model with inputs from Production, Design, SCM and Sales teams with respect to the Routings, Bill of Material, Material Cost and Sales costs, respectively
- Preparing Business plans over 3-5 years in accordance with the Global ABB requirements - Preparation of Trial Balance as per US GAAP and Indian GAAP for the business units
- Ensured correct posting of entries with specific stress on correct inventory valuations

- Audit – Supported in the Statutory Audit review from the Global Audit Team
- Independently handled the feasibility study and due diligence of a brown field project in 2010-2012 at the same location, which grew its volume and market presence
- SAP – Developed a new profit centre for the new unit with the SAP technical teams - SAP – Played a key role in data migration from Version 4.7 to ECC 6 for the business unit - Implemented SOX in Finance and Inventory functions to adhere to the Compliance function

- Worked across all levels of Retail Banking in the Operations functions, in a span of one year.
- Worked closely with the Branch Manager on Home Loan proposals.

- Supporting in private client consulting and portfolio management as well as in some IPOs
- Ratio analysis of corporates to understand their business dynamics and investment profiles
