  • I have been a member of a project where we had to improve the productivity of the assembly line. I was in the operations team where my duty was to identify the unproductive work happening in the line.
    I have taken the responsibility of installing and commissioning a new machine for my line till it is checked for its final performance.
    I have taken the project work of improvising the layout and taken a project of shifting a machine from one location to another location.
    I have attended many quality circle competitions representing my concern and bagged prizes.
    I have improved my line by implementing valuable suggestions, making visual boards to improve the line.
