Our client NIIT Technologies is a leading IT solutions organization, servicing customers in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. It offers services in Application Development and Maintenance, Enterprise Solutions including Managed Services and Business Process Outsourcing to enterprise in the Financial Services, Travel & Transportation, Manufacturing/Distribution, and Government sectors.
NIIT technologies were hiring graduates with 0-2 years of experience for partners Aon Hewitt Plc. in their backend processes to deal with their customers in North America. There were strict guidelines from Aon Hewitt’s side that the candidates must be necessarily non technical graduates, and should reside in Delhi NCR. As the role demands dealing with client base in North America, the shifts were more skewed towards evening and night. Over this NIIT was struggling hard to make their ends meet as lot of candidates landing up in their interview rooms were either found to unstable, incapable and at times even overqualified. The conversion rate was abysmal at 10%.

Based on the Yscore, need, interest, inclination and profile candidates were scheduled for the interviews in a timely and smooth manner.
A dedicated telephonic interview was organized for the aforementioned candidates. This helped us to weed out further un matching candidates based on their viva voca on telephone.
