what do you think about the sales pressure which is faced by staff members in private sector banks?

working in pvt sectr bank is...like punishment..they are not Employee friendly.we cant expect some basics ethics in high position people..they only know the term "COLD CALLING"..WE WANT TO KNOCK THE DOOR OF EVERYONE..SOME OF US WAN TO RUN AWAY BY DOGS R...bank job is not a 9 to 5 job...Even Lady staff leaving bank around at 9.30 r 10 at night..
