I want to become a perfect english speaker in GD so How can i find a English communication group for group discussion on general news.

It is better to not start just looking online. Find a friend in your group with same motivation, and whenever in group talk with them n english, sooner more will join and thus begins the journey of english GD. Believe me it is better to start within your group them with strangers, because competency level online is totally different, if you find people not within your level. You're gonna fail miserably. Start with people you know, then move on to strangers.
