how to make a more attractive bank's web page in simple html coding language? plz give some tips with coding

Make five pages  named, Home,  services, account details, branches locator, About & Get in touch.
o  in home page, make a navigation bar representing a logo and navigation to these pages. Put a slider below navigation and slide some promos pictures on it. Below it represents some Major Accounts/policy they offer. For further detail please visit http://summitbank.com.pk/
