Difference between pharmacological effect or therapeutic effect?

As we know , pharmacological effect belongs to drug effect on the body ... And therapeutic effect means how drug work positively in the body in disease state . But please expand in detail if any one have deep information about it

Well let me explain with an example ! Suppose if you take paracetmol for fever and the action of paracetmol on the hypothalamic set point and reducing the temperature is pharmacological effect. While the reduction in fever by number of degrees can be called as therapeutic effect . In a nut shell pharmacalogical effect means, the action of drug in the body and therapeutic effect is the outcome of drug's pharmacalogiocal action !
