Why all companies management requirements only experience condidates

I want ask about job. Y all companies hire only experience condidates.. We all of u know that company not hire fresher condidates how he's get experienced...

Your Answer

Experienced candidates are required to lead the project who have already done similar project. This helps in appropriate planning and scheduling of works. Under leaders there are less or no-experience candidates placed who have got good SKILL and they are trained on-job. Please note that SKILL counts not only bunch of Degrees.
