I started my career in account management but now days i am feeling my confidence loose and i am not performing well!!!!

To begin with, accountings basics must be clear. Everything depends on it only and for reference, always carry 11th & 12th accounting books. 
Now if we talk about career, in the beginning, it is natural to loose confidence and question your knowledge. You might have experienced or will experience that "theory is different from practical life". Keep brushing your knowledge, read online articles, be updated. You can also go for certifications or courses (optional).
