Which tool (open source) can be used?

Hi, We need to copy the incidences raised by client from Cherwell (Microsoft product) to CRM application on daily basis. Need to automate this task and was searching for a tool to get it done. Have gone through Automation anywhere community edition and Winappdriver. kindly suggest which will be better
