Automobile filed me job ke liye kon kon se subject skills par most factor role in the job time interview

Dear Nitin,

It totally depends for what role you are applying for, it would really help to give more specific answer if you are particular about a role.

For Sales:
You need to have good communication skill, passionate about customer service, be willing to learn new things, self motivator, being proactive are some of them.

For Service:
Technician - Need to know the engine and its functionalities, be willing to learn, you should be proactive in learning about core engine work and other related technical things, be a team player.

Service Advisor - You should good communication skills, basic knowledge of the vehicles, be willing to learn, be a team player, be passionate about customer service are some of the things which you need to possess.

To be part of the manufacturer - You need to be a Automobile/Mechanical Engineer to be in the service side and be a MBA graduate to be in sales and marketing. The other above mentioned skills should be there along with Engineering or MBA degree.

Hope this gives an idea.
