What is more important, Goodness or Smartness?

I belive in the karma. That means what you deserve it serves to you . smart work is needed but not all the time your smartness will help you but the goodness alwys make a best desiogoune for you. Smart people have chance to win is 100% but people having Goodness they have chance of 101% . In short that means do good all good will happend to you.
