Solve the following Riddle (Relation)

A woman gives a beggar 1 dollar and 32 cents; the woman is the beggar’s sister, but the beggar is not the woman’s brother. How come?

Beggar and women are sisters as the question itself says beggar is not a women's brother so it states she is definitely a female i.e her sister.
