Through communication, information sharing, assessment and rewards, both individual and groups can improve continuously.
1)  Make everyone aware of the expectations
2)  Give information and training
3)  Assess performances
4)  Give constructive feedback and encouragement with other rewards.

Everyone should be able to experiment, make mistakes and learn because excellence is the ultimate goal and achieving it may involve experimentation and imperfection.
