CRM Doubt catagories - help please

Hello, I would like some help regarding the structure of CRM. should entities be categorized? (sponsorships, suppliers ...) in my case in some departments a certain entity is a sponsor but for another department that same entity is a supplier, what better way to handle this? Thank you
