In customer service, we provide solutions to customers for any type of query regarding the service we are providing and keeps track of their activities and follow ups. Their can be different types of customers, some can be rude but that is okay because sometimes they are just stressed because they aren't able to find solutions for their query in that case we need to be calm and help them because in the end they will always appreciate your help.
