Unit Costs foe various constructions

Has anyone from experience or otherwise has compiled an unit construction rate per m or m2 or m3 (example: ground floor only building per m2, 10 storey buiding per m2 of GF area, 1000mm dia of water transmission pipeline per m by open and cover trench, 1000mm dia of water transmission pipeline by micro-tunneling method, etc etc

For slabs Reinforcement is about 110Kg/m3 of concrete.
For Column Reinforcement is about 150Kg/m3 of concrete.
For Beams Reinforcement is about 1300Kg/m3 of concrete.
Steel cost is Rs 6200/- per quintel 
Concrete cost is Rs 6000/- per ton
Note: All values are aproximate and may varry with respect to location.
