In today's scenario what in your opinion is the best way of interview process, "Online OR Face to Face interviews" ?

In today's scenario interviews has to be conducted in many forms, because a person can be analysed in different sence through online and face to face, the way of thinking and his attitude cannot be recognized through direct interview which can be possible through mind reading using online interview as a medium. This may not work all the time though, but based on the job role and situation interviews can be planned. Sometimes interview can be conducted in both the ways
