Today's market is all about cost effectiveness. Based on the huge gap of supply and demand, it is better to conduct an online interview. Subsequently, face to face interview can be conducted for the shortlisted candidates. This process not only saves cost and time for the interviewer but also filters candidates with good communication skills.
