how do I improve my power factor in industry?

my pf is low as 0.94 to 0.95 and capacitor bank is provided for the same of 360 kvar for load 1667.7 amperes

I think u use apfc system and use combination of both small and big capacity capacitor for better result .in our indudtry we maintain pf 0.98 to 0.99
