Microsoft word is a software developed by Microsoft .It is a software used to edit the different documents and we can enter different data in it and can store it for future use. Ms word provides us various options to represent our data in more attractive manner. It provides facilities even to insert images and tables so that data can be represented in more easy and effective way. In Ms word we have even shortcut icons which makes our work easier. Some facilities provided help the long-long data to get represented in easy way. Other options that ms word provides are in this spell check facilities is available and it can even find grammatical mistakes .
