What is more important? Hardwork or smartwork?

Some studens work very hard but they do not get the get the expected result. On the other hand, some students do not study too much but get the desired result. I am facing the same. Having knowledge but not able to apply at the right place.

According to me both are important we have to handle them according to situation...let me give an example
if you want to attend the meeting quickly going in lift is better option than by steps (here the way you thinking to get the task quickly is the smartwork )
and if there is a long queue for the lift accessing going by steps is best option.....(here you have to put lot of effort in succeeding the task which it mean hardworki.e by steps and also here we again have a smartwork i.e the way how you changed your decision to go by steps).
