Project management course for experience professional

From where I should pursue project management? I am currently having three years of experience in IT project implementation

pls may I have a look at your C.V.Project management is generally suitable for resources who have atleast handled a team size of 10-15 years for atleast 2-3 years.That gives them a wavelength to handle medium to large scale assignments.

The resources with average aptitude levels should have somewhere around 8-10 years.I suggest you pls share your C.V with me. Take care.
