How is data backup of a particular company done in Tally ERP 9?

Not expecting an answer viz. go to the tally data folder->Locate the company number and zip the file.

Backup option is used for this first go to gateway of tally select the company then go to company info by alt+f3 then go to backup option select the destination path where u have to make backup then accept it
