How is data backup of a particular company done in Tally ERP 9?

Not expecting an answer viz. go to the tally data folder->Locate the company number and zip the file.

Go to tally erp 9 select, back up & restore option then select back up. Select the path where u want to take the back up, type a file name, select the particular company data and back up. The back up will store on the particular drive with the above mentioned file name
