how to get the accuracy in typing?

pls suggest how to get speed and accuracy in the field of type writing.

This is from my own experience, "Focus on the individual letters of the words instead of the sentence during practice. Once when you feel that you can, then go for words and the sentence." ( This follows the verses of Gita, 'Purnamadah Purnamidam...')
