Tangible Assest is both Fixed & Current Assests that has a physcial form like building, machine, Car, Plant & Inventory. & opposite side Intangible assests non phuscial like goodwill, brand mark, patent, copyright & tread mark etc.
An asset whose value depends on particular physical properties these i include reporducible assets such as building or machinery
