Why Android Emulator does not support bluetooth?

I think that Android emulator works like a Virtual Box, and uses the properties of the Host machine( Like virtual network interface), then why it can not use the Host Bluetooth.

i agree with your statement but there are same mobile which can connect bluetooth with same model mobile only not with other model. for example: iphone.
