In android studio i am sometimes getting "R.id.id_name"

R value can not be resolved. I am not understanding why i am getting this error and when i restart the studio or clean it, then everything is fine. So can anyone explain me the reason why i am getting this error.

  All you have to do is "rebuild your project" its on the tool bar with a sign of a hammer and it will definitely solve this problem.

  Rebuild the project.
  If rebuild does not work, restart the Android Studio.
  If neither works, check all your xml files. This error occurs when your xml file is incorrect.
