  • Programming is about implementing your ideas as a code. A good programmer must be able to get good ideas for the right problem.
Maths is just a tool that will make it easy for you to optimize and implement your ideas as a code. So, programming doesnt require maths knowledge but it serves as a great helping hand while solving many computational problems.

So, I recommend you have atleast some basic ideas on maths (vector algebra, 3-D, differentiation, integrals, probability, permutation and combination, matrix, etc).

    Good Luck

  • I feel its really fine whether you are from commerce or science doesn't matter. Coding or programming is an art and can be learnt very easily. Start with the basics. Go for C language first. Get hold of the nitty gritty. Go to stack overflow for help. There is no problem with starting late. Starting is half work done

  • Better to aspire for management, that is functional roles.
