Is visual light enable for secure communication process?

By using visual light we can do communication.and also it is easier to transmit the data through light compared to the present methods

yes.because these light waves are transmitted through a fiber optic cable ...In order to hack it we have to cut that fiber cable and attach it to another cable by heating it ..this is a long process...and more over without a perfect decoder we cannot decode the signal
