Parameter values in workflow vs Worklet

Hi , I have basic knowledge in Informatica. Can any one clarify what is the difference between [Folder_Name.WF:Workflow_Name] and [Folder_Name.WF:Workflow_Name.WT:Worklet_Name] in parameter file. I can see that both are for all the sessions in Workflow "Workflow_Name". Thanks in advance
