Data validation issue in backend

I have run a test for 100 threads login , the test run successfully and showing 200 OK response code in listener. But in my data base these users are not showing in last login users.When i did login manually then i am able to see the last login user in database.Please help me out whether the data run with jmeter tool will appear in database or not.
