Issue in Downloading RTE protocol plugin from Jmeter plugins.

Hi Team, When I am trying to download RTE plugin from Jmeter it is showing an error like below: Failed to apply changes: Failed to download library XTN5250. Can someone please let me know how to fix this? Thanks In Advance.
